According to OpenStreetMap, those should point to Victoria Square, Adelaide.
According to OpenMeteo documentation - https://open-meteo.com/en/docs - the Australian data are provided by the BOM and the resolution is 15 kms.
Do you think those divergent data could be explained by the 15 kms resolution? Otherwise, I'll try to contact the OpenMeteo staff.
